GLW2109 : Staveley's Round Numbers

Monday 1st March 2021

This week's BOOTboys challenge is for numbers of various types so we thought we'd explore Staveley and see what we could find.

There was an exciting incident en-route.  A Hurcules plane flew over us so low that we could see the pilot picking his nose.  Sorry, I meant picking up the nose of the plane.  He'd come out of the valley and seemed to be struggling to make the requisite height above ground to remain legal.  Once we had stopped worrying about   ourselves, we worried for him in case he didn't make it over to the Lyth Valley but he disappeared from view and we heard no noises so presumably he was OK.

Staveley does have a lot of numbers.  And a number of other things as well.  Here's a selection from our round.
